Ben is brilliant, really listens and understands the issue. I really didn't expect to see results for my frozen shoulder from the first visit but actually it made a big difference. Highly recommend this to anyone in pain etc and will be going back regularly now.

All I can say is that Ben is a miracle worker..... quite literally 2 weeks ago I was a complete basket case due to burning shoulder pain that had stopped me from sleeping and coping was a struggle.
I didn’t want to go to my my GP as most of the time you just get fobbed off with tablets which only mask the problem and/or give you other side effects.
Ben has a way of making you feel at ease and understands that a lot of people have a fear of needles and he helps to relax and explain how this technique works to cure pain. He is very knowledgeable and as well as concentrating on your main pain issue he helps with your overall wellness also. Ben asks lots of questions on health history and really listens to what you say, he tailors your individual treatment based on what you tell him. After 4 treatments I can honestly say my shoulder is pain free and I feel human again. Thank you so much!

Hadleigh accupuncture and wellness was my first experience of accupuncture. I got in touch after coming down with bells palsy ( facial paralysis on my left side of my face) and hearing about the great benefits accupuncture could offer someone like me. From the first appointment Ben was understanding and kind about my condition , he clearly explained everything and put me at ease. We did distall accupuncture and some electro accupuncture in my face. We kept videos and photos and the results really do speak for themselves! I truly believe not only did it make me feel mentally better but that without it my recovery would of been much slower and I wouldn't be smiling today! The needles I could barely feel and if anything I felt relaxed once they were in. I highly recommend visiting Ben and finding out what he could do for you!
Update: 7 weeks later, my face is even better now and im back at 100% facial movement, no pain and no steroids!

Currently having a course of treatment with Ben and all I can say is give it a go! Ben takes the time to explore your health history and current issues and sets a treatment plan accordingly. My pain, niggles and general sense of wellbeing have improved immensely. After each session, I leave with reduced pain, very relaxed and my energy rebalanced. Even if you have no specific issues, I'd recommend acupuncture to just take some time for yourself away from our hectic lives - try swapping your regular massage/spa treatment/or whatever to a treatment with Ben and see for yourself the amazing benefits acupuncture offers!

I had been feeling unwell for a about 3 years, diagnosed with a small hiatus hernia which was causing me to have various symptoms, fatigue, nausea, chronic belching, dizziness, blocked ears, sore throat and a horrible acid taste in my mouth (reflux).
I had tried taking medication but didn’t like it as a long term solution; I had tried changing my diet but found little relief from my symptoms. I was recommended acupuncture with Ben and I was dubious and a little fearful of needles and sceptical that it would work.
After the first session, I could feel it working and I found my symptoms easing. By the sixth I was had none of the symptoms I came in with. I no longer belched, felt sick or dizzy, had a horrid taste in my mouth and I felt energised for the first time in years!! I also benefited in other ways, now I stopped suffering with my health I started to become aware of other positive changes I needed to make in my life. I would thoroughly recommend anyone with digestive problems, acid reflux or a hiatus hernia to see Ben. Not only is he very knowledgeable but puts you at totally at ease

I have had migraines most of my life but over the last year and a bit they had become daily and quite severe, affecting my time at uni and at my student placements at hospital, after a referral to neurology and a brain MRI I was put on 9 tablets a day until I saw Ben. Since this I have had 8 treatments and he has cleared up my headaches almost entirely and I am so much happier in myself. I would recommend this to anyone especially if like me you think you are incurable, I am now headache free and tablet free and have never felt better. A real life changer

I have been in severe chronic back pain for 22 years and have tried surgery and various different medications. I am currently taking 5 pain meds which have so little effect.

I had acupuncture for mid back pain which I'd been suffering for years and it was really frustrating me and affecting my life a lot. It was amazing how after one treatment I felt instant relief, each time I visited there was more and more relief, after a four treatments I am completely pain free! Now I'm able to sleep better too! I was worried about needles but Ben made sure I felt comfortable, I could hardly feel them so after the first treatment I wasn't worried anymore. Would highly recommend!

After being migraine free for 16 years I started to suffer with them again. They had such an impact on my day to day life and I did not want to continue taking medication to keep the migraines at bay. I had looked into acupuncture however I was concerned that I would invest time in attending the appointments and it may not work. As soon as I had the first acupuncture treatment I noticed a difference in my overall health. Although I’m not a fan of needles I have found them to be my rock! I’ve been suffering from acute shoulder pain for about a year and through acupuncture for smoking cessation I have found my shoulder pain easing. I have now stopped smoking for 6 weeks and would highly recommend acupuncture as a way out of smoking! It’s great to be free from the weed! I’ve been having additional treatment for my shoulder and my pain has been reduced greatly. I now have better movement in my shoulder and have found acupuncture to be a more effective treatment than physiotherapy

Having finished a treatment of acupuncture with Ben, I can say that I was amazed with the results and I would highly recommend him! He takes the time to understand the problem and explain the process.
I was suffering from back pain down one side, ibuprofen/paracetamol didn't touch it, Ben was able to treat me (via my arm) and as I lay there with the needles in my arm, I couldn't feel the pain anymore - it's been nearly four weeks and the pain hasn't returned!

I visited Ben from a recommendation for the first time in September as an open sceptic to acupuncture. Years of horse tumbles and bad posture had left me muscle tight and uncomfortable and especially a trapped nerve in my neck. The first treatment involved cupping too, and already a substantial difference and now after 5 I have full movement back. I will carry on with maintenance visits as each time I feel the benefit.
