Hi everyone, I wanted to just post some information to help you considering all the worries everyone is having about the Corona Virus situation.
What things can you do to keep your immune system strong?
Stress is a big problem because it can lower immune system function making it harder to fight off any illnesses. It’s important to stay informed but not to feed too much into the panic and worry about the situation unfolding because that would be detrimental to your emotional and physical health.
Try to incorporate some time in your day where you can relax and look after yourself. Eat well, get a good quality and amount of sleep, keep exercising and lay off the wine as much as possible, keep your hands clean… and if you know how then keep meditating.
Anything that can help you unwind and de-stress is encouraged, so book that massage, chiropractic adjustment or acupuncture treatment.
